Melanie's Visit

Daddy's cousin Melanie came to visit us.  We went to the fair while she was here.  It wasn't anything like the Utah State Fair, but it was fun.

Mom liked that the chickens got Diet Coke.  :)

The bunnies hide in here from little boys.

Melanie wanted to try a deep fried Snickers.  So we did too! Anything deep fried is delicious!

Before Melanie left, we went and had a "Party Picnic."  Dad played with fire.  I was so proud of him everytime he would spray lighter fluid on the briquettes and the flames would shoot high.  I made sure I pointed out to Melanie "that's my dad!"
I took this picture and the next three.

Then I had to have my picture taken.  Cheese.
Here is Dad with his "boy wand."  (I went to a birthday party this weekend, and my friend got a wand for her birthday.  When I got home, Dad helped me make a boy wand.  So when we went on our picnic, I found a boy wand for him.)

Picnics

The weather is cooling off in Georgia so we have started to go on hikes and picnics every chance we get.  We are just minutes away from the lake, so we are lucky.

Dad is a good resting spot.

Hillcrest Orchards

Today we drove to Ellijay and went to Hillcrest Orchards.

When I get back to Utah, I am going to paint flames on Grandpa's tractor!

I had to explain to Mom what moonshine was.

YeeHaw!

These were the best!  I kept telling Daddy to pedal faster!
Dad loved them too.  We came back and rode them a few times.
I wouldn't let Daddy steer.  Mommy would laugh everytime we got to a curve because Daddy would have to yell, "Turn!"
I loved picking all the different types of apples.

I milked Buttermilk the cow.  Now I think I need a cow.

There was a pig race.  I thought it was funny.
