Zoo Atlanta

Today we went to Zoo Atlanta.
 It was perfect jacket weather.
 I have my map.

The gorilla is kicking back and relaxing.
The "baby" panda is on the right.  She just turned two.  She has gotten really big since the last time we came.

It was fun brushing the goat until it looked at me, then I booked it out of there!

The parakeet exhibit is fun because you can feed the birds.
We had tons of fun!  We were there for over 4 hours!

3 Months Old

Today I am three months old!  My personality is starting to shine through.  One thing is for sure, I love my big brother.  I love to watch him and he always makes me smile.
I drink four ounces of formula every three hours now.  I go to bed at nine pm and wake up once in the night, sometimes it is 3:30, sometimes 4:30.  Then I go back to sleep until about eight.
-
I talk a lot and I am also starting to giggle.

Feast at Preschool

We had a Thanksgiving Feast at preschool.  I got to dress up as an Indian.  I made my headband.
We do a sing-a-long before the feast.

Before Ashley was blessed, Dad explained to me what a blessing is.  He said that he might bless her to be nice and happy, and things like that.  Well, I asked him if he blessed me to be silly and to cause problems.  Daddy laughed and said no.  But I explained to him that he probably did bless me with those things on accident.

Christmas Time!

We love Christmas in our home (Dad only after Thanksgiving) so we went to see Santa and have our picture taken.
I told Santa I would write him a note to let him know what I wanted.  Ashley asked for her hair to come in.  Mom asked for a nap.

Ashley's Blessing Day

Sunday was my blessing day.  Grandma Caylinn bought my blessing dress.  Isn't it pretty?

I didn't want to smile for any of the pictures.  Mom tried to do a photo shoot three different days, but I was more worried about eating my hands, or eating the ribbon on my dress.

Daddy did a great job on the blessing.  Lee Snyder, Vince William, Ben Jett, and Bishop Phil Karski stood in the circle.

This is what I was blessed with:

*A compassionate heart to be able to see the needs of others and want to help them
*That I would grow physically strong, mentally strong, and spiritually strong
*That I would gain a testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ
*That I was blessed with parents that love me and I should listen to them
*That I should learn from the example of my mother and be a strong daughter of Heavenly Father
*To teach others and build others up
*To have a desire to marry in the temple and raise a family in righteousness

Mommy and I had matching bracelets that she made.

Halloween

It was time to carve the pumpkins.

Ashley helped keep track of the pumpkin lid.

I designed the face all by myself.
