Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve I set out some cookies for Santa.  I also put out some oats for the reindeer.  But I also decided they needed carrots.  I decided that I also needed a carrot.
We were downstairs playing when there was a knock at the door.....
.... it was Santa!  He came to visit again!
He brought me the game Hi-Ho-Cherry-o's.  I was very excited to see him.
We then set out our gifts into piles.  I was excited about that too.  I kept yelling, "Oh Yeah!  Oh Yeah! Go Nathan, go Nathan!"

We did a little program.  I told everyone about Baby Jesus.

I was very dramatic about it.  But I did a great job.
After Jillian and Brady were done playing the guitar and piano, I played a song for everyone.

Gingerbread Houses

On the 24th we made gingerbread houses.  It is another fun tradition that we do!

I always have fun sampling the candy.

Bowling

We went bowling.  The goal was to beat Grandma Caylinn, but nobody did.

Sugar Pancakes

Grandma and Grandpa made our traditional Christmas Eve breakfast of sugar pancakes.  It is one of my favorite traditions.

Hodgsons

The Hodgsons put up their hammocks in their basements.  We went over to their house for dinner.  Then we got to play in them.

We all dog piled on poor Tucker.

Bake, Bake, Bake

I love to bake.  Love it!  One good thing about Christmas, is there is plenty of baking to do.  I helped Grandma with making the fudge.

I told Grandpa that when I came to Utah, that I really wanted to make bread with him.

Playing Outside

It didn't snow while we were in Utah, but at least there was still some left on the ground.  I helped take Lydia for a horse ride.

I also took Grandpa for a tractor ride every chance I got.
Hang on Dad!

I also took Grandpa for a ride on the four wheeler.

Jungle Jim's

We went to Riverton to see Lydia's new house.  After, we went to Jungle Jim's.  I loved it.  They had fun rides and games.  Grandma went on this one with Lydia and me.  Mom and Aunt Brittany just watched and laughed.

I was pretty excited I was big enough to go on the bumper cars.
We both got a whistle with the tickets we earned.  Mom was so excited.
I took this picture of Mom and Brittany at lunch afterwards.
